CWA pilot Michael Junge took Gene Bloomwell and David Benedict for a ride on this day using route Virginia Capital Trail.

Route taken was the VCT to the overlook on the JT Island causeway and return. Comments were "this was a terrific ride for Gene and myself. we got as far as seeing the James River and along the way enjoyed the woods and farm areas, with some points of history included by Michael, our very competent driver. What a delightful way to spend the morning with good friends!
