Description
Jim Day is coordinating a century training program to work up to longer spring rides. If you have never done a century and would like to, or if you have done one, join the group as we increase our mileage weekly.

Route: VCT toward Richmond 15 miles out and 15 miles back
Optional lunch after the ride at Cul's.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ride so we can talk about what the series will involve. If you don't want to commit to the whole series and just "ride" with us, that's OK too.
We will stop at the turn-around for extra hydration and refueling. Please bring (2) water bottles and enough high protein snacks for each 15-mile segment.
Ride will be cancelled if forecast calls for rain or temperatures below 45 degrees at ride time. A post will be made Friday evening regarding threatening weather conditions.
