B+ pace. Regroup at the tops of all hills and at stop signs.
The cue sheet contains two warning messages about crossing Richardson MIllpond at mile 21.2 -- please ignore the messages. I have crossed the dam more than a hundred times, although one does have to lift one's bicycle across two concrete barriers.
