Weekly Friday Friends Ride. The rides are usually all or part on the Virginia Capital Trail (VCT), 25-30 miles long. Participants are welcome to ride whatever direction, distance, and pace they wish.
After the ride, enjoy lunch or a snack at Spoke & Art.
Pre-registration is required. Any cancelation will be posted by 7:30 a.m.
