Weekly Friday Friends Ride. The rides are usually on the Virginia Capital Trail (VCT) and are usually 25-30 miles in length. The ride leader will ride at a "C" pace. However, participants are welcome to ride whatever distance and pace they wish. Note that today's start time is 9:00 a.m.
After the ride, enjoy lunch or a snack at Spoke 'n Art.
Pre-registration is required. Any cancelation will be posted by 6:00 a.m.
CAUTION: Please be aware of extra traffic on VCT this week. Several hundred current or former military cyclists will be on the trail from about 10:30, heading to Richmond then on to DC on Saturday.
