Today is Rose Baker's last day as the Friday Friends ride leader. Please thank her for her years of service to WAB and its members.
Weekly Friday Friends Ride. The rides are usually on the Virginia Capital Trail (VCT) and are usually 25-30 miles in length. The ride leader will ride at a "C" pace. However, participants are welcome to ride whatever distance and pace they wish.
After the ride, enjoy lunch or a snack at Spoke 'n Art.
Pre-registration is required. Any cancelation will be posted by 7:30 a.m.
