Work off the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, etc., etc., etc.
Weekly Friday Friends Ride. The rides are usually on the Virginia Capital Trail (VCT), usually 25 to 30 miles in length. The ride leader will ride at a 'C' pace. Participants are welcome to ride whatever distance and pace they like.
Pre-registration is required.
Enjoy lunch or a snack at Spoke 'n Art after the ride.
Any cancelation will be posted by 7:30 a.m.
