“No Experience Required” Bike Ride
Bicycling should be fun! If you ride in the right (i.e. easy!) gear, it’s more fun! If your seat is at the right height, bicycling is more fun. If your tires are at the right pressure, riding is more fun. Before we start the ride, Ride Leader Andy Ballentine will help you check these, and answer any questions!
Meet at 10 AM on Saturday, July 10, in the Jamestown Settlement lot (in the area closest to the brewery and marina). We’ll ride around Jamestown Island and up the Virginia Capital Trail at a casual, Party Pace, heading up to Spoke and Art for refreshments (if desired) before riding back to our cars. Distance will be determined by the group. No one will be left behind!
Helmets are required. Fancy bicycling clothing is not!
