VCT Metric Century Pop-up

Today's ride will be a moderate-pace metric century (100 km or 62 miles) for those interested in working on their endurance. We will start at Jamestown Settlement, ride on the VCT from milepost 0 to milepost 31, and then turn around and ride back to milepost 0. Rest stops for water and snacks will be brief (5- to 8-minutes). The goal is to ride at a maximum final moving average of 15 mph. However, with this distance, there may be some fragmentation of the group. A pre-ride briefing will take place at 9:45 a.m. Contact the ride leader if you have any questions.
