Description

Come to Waverly for a traditional summer ride! There will be a special rest stop hosted by Surry County's Watermelon Lady featuring local watermelon and cantaloupe plus other refreshments. The terrain is mostly flat and the traffic volume is very low. Sara Page of RABA will lead the B group and Jack Huber will follow with the C riders. Cue sheets will be available at the start of the ride. This is a joint ride for WAB and RABA. After the ride join members of the group for lunch in Waverly at Giuseppe's.

Helmets are required on all WAB rides.

Registration is required for all WAB rides. Pre-registration online accomplishes the following: 1) the ride leader and other participants know who is coming; 2) you are eligible for club insurance in the event of an accident (non-members 1st ride only); 3) you accept the risks involved in riding; 4) you provide necessary legal protection for club leadership and ride leaders, and 5) we have an easy means to communicate in event of a change or cancellation.
