Ride Description

B RIDE CANCELLED DUE TO FORECAST SUSTAINED 15 MPH WINDS ALL DAY, GUSTING TO 30 MPH

Blessing of the Bikes Sunday, October 21 @ 2:00 pm at Westover Church, 5 miles west of Charles City Courthouse at VCT mile marker 25.

Meet up at Jamestown Settlement trailhead. Wheels up at 10:00 am for a 20 mile ride to Cul's Courthouse Grill for lunch.  After lunch we will head over to Westover Episcopal Church to be there appr 1:45 pm for the 2:00 pm Blessing of the Bikes.  We will then head back to Jamestown Settlement.  Round trip will be appr 50 miles.

Helmets are required on all WAB rides.
 
Registration is required for all WAB rides.  Pre-registration online accomplishes the following: 1) the ride leader and other participants know who is coming; 2) you are eligible for club insurance in the event of an accident (non-members 1st ride only); 3) you accept the risks involved in riding; 4) you provide necessary legal protection for club leadership and ride leaders,  and 5) we have an easy means to communicate in event of a change or cancellation.   Please familiarize yourself with the waiver on the registration page.
