Go Long on Thursday "B pace "

Let's continue Deana Sun's "Go Long Ride" in her absence.

Start Time: Meet at Jamestown Settlement at 8:00 AM with launch time at 8:15 AM and head toward Richmond, VA along the Virginia Capital Trail for approximately 30 miles where we will turn around and come back to Spoke and Arts for Lunch.  We will refill our water bottles at CULS as we pass by in both directions. Bring snacks if you want to keep the energy levels high. We will stop at the Breez-in along Rt 5  for a rest stop and to purchase more drinks and snacks, if necessary. We will work as team to achieve this goal. Pace will Average 15 mph and stops will be made for stretching and bathroom breaks along the way.  Smiles and sore legs are expected at the end of the ride but we will lift a toast to each other for an August accomplishment.  
Route:  west on VCT  
Distance:  approximately 60 miles
Lunch after the ride:  Spoke and Arts Provisions Co. on John Tyler Hywy.
