Description

Weather permitting, there will be a Friday Friends Ride.  If the ride is cancelled, a message will be posted on the WAB Message Board no later than 7:30 am Friday.

Leader: TBD

Start: Williamsburg Community Chapel

Time: 10 am

Pace: C (always) - Generally 25-30 miles, mostly on the Virginia Capital Trail.  Individuals can ride any distance or direction they choose.  This is a great ride for beginners.

Pace: B (depending on leader & turnout) - Generally 30-35 miles, varying routes.

Optional lunch after the ride at the Williamsburg Community Chapel Cafe.

A (20+ mph)

Helmets are required on all WAB rides.
 
Registration is required for all WAB rides.  Pre-registration online accomplishes the following: 1) the ride leader and other participants know who is coming; 2) you are eligible for club insurance in the event of an accident (non-members 1st ride only); 3) you accept the risks involved in riding; 4) you provide necessary legal protection for club leadership and ride leaders,  and 5) we have an easy means to communicate in event of a change or cancellation.   Please familiarize yourself with the waiver on the registration page.
