Description

Weekly Tues evening "open" ride

Launch @ 6:00pm from Jamestown Settlement parking lot.

This ride is an open event, since there are a number of non-WAB cyclists that regularly participate. WAB insurance will NOT be in effect for this ride. Jamie limits the ride to max (10) per group, including the leader. WAB members are encouraged to pre-register for this event, so Jamie is aware of the size of the group, in case a second leader is needed. To pre-register, click on the blue "Book this Event" button. (If "Book this Event" does not appear, the event is fully booked. Contact Jamie or Ken McFarland to add slots.)

Riders are requested to maintain proper social distancing, and bring a mask and hand sanitizer to use as needed (stores, restrooms etc.)

Everybody is welcome. Hang out after the ride at Billsburg Brewery.

Helmets are required on all WAB rides.

Registration is required for all WAB rides. Pre-registration online accomplishes the following: 1) the ride leader and other participants know who is coming; 2) you are eligible for club insurance in the event of an accident (non-members 1st ride only); 3) you accept the risks involved in riding; 4) you provide necessary legal protection for club leadership and ride leaders, and 5) we have an easy means to communicate in event of a change or cancellation.
